Information you give us – Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order history. – Corporate account details: company name, job title, accounts payable contact, purchase order numbers, tax-exemption certificates, and trade references provided for credit review. – Communications: messages you send to info@shopcastava.com, form submissions, and gift-message text. – Gift recipients: names and addresses you provide so we can ship gifts on your behalf.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). Castava does not store full card numbers on its servers.
